Shine On, Morning Star!

This summer, we're inviting our Morning Star family and friends to help our campus shine a little brighter. ⭐

Through our Shine On, Morning Star Summer Fundraiser, we hope to raise $15,000 to complete several important projects that will enhance our school environment for the students, faculty, and families we serve every day.

OUR sTORY

Founded in 1958, Morning Star Catholic School in Tampa exists with a clear purpose: to serve students with learning challenges. For 67 years, we have welcomed K–8 students of all faiths and backgrounds, offering a personalized, faith-based education that helps every child discover their unique gifts. As a mission of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Morning Star continues to be a place where students are known, valued, and given the tools to succeed. We accept the Family Empowerment Scholarships for Unique Abilities, FTC and EO.

Why Invest in the Children of Morning Star School? The children at Morning Star are bright, capable, and full of potential. Most are of average or above-average intelligence, but face diagnosed learning disabilities that make receiving, processing, and responding to information more difficult. Some also live with ADHD, which can challenge their focus in the classroom. With the right resources—specialized materials, assistive technology, and tailored support—our students can thrive.
